What is your commission?+
Commission varies by property, but typically 25% of monthly generated revenue. Lower fee can be offered to owners with multiple properties. Cleaning fees are paid separately by each guest at booking.
What will my involvement be?+
After an initial strategy discussion, minimal. You keep full control of pricing rules and calendar blocks - the day-to-day work is on us.
How will I get paid?+
Typically, reservation revenue is paid directly into your bank account. Innorental sends a single, itemised invoice each month. However, Innorental can also receive the reservation income, subtract all the fees and taxes and pay out the profit. It's up to you.
Which properties do you take on?+
Central, well-designed apartments in new or renovated buildings in Riga and Jurmala. It's important for us that our guests will have an equally pleasant stay at any of our managed properties.
What about taxes?+
You remain responsible for declaring rental income. We provide clear instructions and monthly financial reports so you or your accountant can do the rest.
